My Short Bio

Ruby Mind is a student for life on knowledge and technology. She earned a nursing degree, civil engineering degree, a Master in Public Administration (MPA) and at present a candidate for Ph.D. major in Development Administration. She has no formal educational background on Information Technology but with passion has been working for 15 years in information technology as Instructor, Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst and Web Developer for government and private companies. She has written ebook for the US market and articles for international audience. She is a Researcher, Article Marketer, Web Developer and SEO Consultant.
